Most likely cause:

Internet browsing history contains too many files.

What you can try:

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options.
  2. Depending on your browser version, under the General tab look for Browsing History, click Delete and delete all temporary internet files.
  3. Change number of days temporary files are stored in history to zero or 1 (Reducing default setting, which may be as high as 20).This may be found on the General tab or may be found after clicking Settings under browsing History.
  4. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.
  5. Scroll down and uncheck the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option in the Security settings.
  6. Click on the Refresh button on the toolbar to reload the page. After refreshing, you might need to navigate to the specific webpage again, or re-enter information.
